What is a Flavor?
Blue Unlimited is not supposed to run trips on its own, instead it works as a Platform that accommodates different ideas of what a trip would look like based on the same basic principles and common values. This is where Flavors come in place; Flavors are these different ideas planned by the Coordinators, members of Blue Unlimited Collective, that will connect a specific audience to specific trip plans.
Flavors are:
- backed up by Blue Unlimited resources and guidance
- managed by Coordinators; every Coordinator is free to imagine and plan his own activities, the duration of the trip, the places to visit and the general theme
In that way, we are able to accommodate different, unique audiences with totally different purposes for their trip.

Planning
When is the trip taking place?
The trips are scheduled through the whole year, head down to Calendar page to find out when is the next one or to pick an available slot that fits your schedule.
What's the duration of the trip?
Duration varies from a 2-day trip to 10 days. For the Upcoming scheduled trips are already shared in the relevant pages. For new trips we are open to discuss your needs and find together the most suited duration.
Do I have a say on the destinations?
Destinations are chosen based on the trip purpose and the guest likings, so definitely yes, you certainly have a say! Trip coordinator will do their best to accommodate your interests in a way that the trip will be pleasant, fruitful and coherent.

Destinations are already shared with you for the Upcoming scheduled trips in the relevant pages but this does not mean they cannot change. During our initial call we will have the time discuss about the destinations and find the perfect combination to support the trip purpose. For new trips we are open to suggestions!
Costs
How much does it cost?
Price depends on the trip plan but consider a pricetag around 50 euros per person per day.
What is included in the price?
Food, sleep, play (activities)
What is not included in the price?
Transportation, entry fees (museums, performances etc), eating out.
Everyday
Where will we sleep?
Blue Unlimited will provide the tents (a selection of Hiking, Dome, Teepee and Roof top tents ⓘ), the sleeping bags (3-season), and a speeping base. You will need to bring in your thermal clothes for the night.
Where do we eat?
While camping we provide ofcourse utensils, plates, glasses, papertowels and everything else needed for a great eating experience. We sit in mats and blankets and use trays to keep control of all the moving parts. There will also be a limited availability on benches, chairs and tables.
How to we manage the everyday housekeeping tasks?
Daily chores is a shared responsibility among Guests and members of Blue Unlimited. We stand strongly behing our moto "Walking life together". An extra benefit behind this is that, through the trip, you will also get to know how to manage a camping trip outdoors on your own.
Transportation
How do we travel?
Unless the is different arrangement, all Guests are following the Blue Unlimited trip using their private cars. The costs of gas and tolls are under the Guests' responsibility.
I don't have a mean of transportation
In this case you can rent a car individually or ask Blue Unlimited to arrange the rental for you.
